You can prevent discoloration by optimizing the cooking process. All you have to do is perform a simple test to gain insight in the best cooking conditions.
Once a week, I get to test new Aviko products as a member of the Crunch Team. Together will several colleagues, I’ll test our products blind, paying attention to things like colour, smell, texture and crunchiness. Everyone will sit a long table with a tablet, a glass of water, crackers and, of course, the new products. Before you’re allowed to join the team, you have to pass a test to see if your sense of smell and taste and your assessment skills are up to par.”
