Through our modern factories, cold stores, storage and retrieval locations in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany our potato products find their way to many customers throughout Europe. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and in a sophisticated and automated process. This will be an app that guides the new colleague through the first hundred days at Aviko and in this way gets to know the company well. I provide content for this. I really try to look from the perspective of a new employee. “I am therefore proud that I sat down with people from the factory to map out what they would like to see changed. In the end, a nice plan was developed that really comes from the people. In this way I try to bring management and staff closer together.”
