Salesmanager Foodservice

Aviko is growing strongly in the DACH region and is looking for a Salesmanager Foodservice Wholesale who makes a real difference. With your commercial drive and strategic vision, you will take our collaboration to the next level.

Where are you going to work?

As a Salesmanager in the wholesale segment, you are part of a dynamic team driving growth in the DACH region. In this role, you develop and implement commercial strategy, build sustainable customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and translate market insights into concrete actions that contribute to revenue growth and brand development. Working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, you ensure an outstanding customer experience and accelerate the strategic growth of the wholesale channel. At the same time, you lead a team of five professionals with a connecting and coaching leadership style, empowering them to excel and fostering collaboration to achieve shared success.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for wholesale in the DACH region
  • Actively coach the sales team in day-to-day operations, motivate and support their professional development and growth
  • Maintain relationships with wholesalers, distribution partners, and selected national players
  • Negotiate annual agreements, promotional activities, and pricing strategies with a sharp eye for mutual benefit and long-term success
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive data to identify and proactively leverage commercial opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues from Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to continuously improve customer experience and strengthen internal cooperation
  • Report achieved results and relevant KPIs clearly and structured to management.

What do you bring?

  • University degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent level of thinking and working, ideally in Sales or Business
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales within the FMCG or foodservice industry, preferably in the DACH region
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven success in account management
  • Experience in leading a team and creating a positive, collaborative work environment
  • Fluent in English and German; Dutch is an advantage
  • A self-driven achiever with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region (approx. 30–40%).
