Where are you going to work?

Aviko is in the middle of a transformation process that started 5 years ago, moving away from a predominant wholesale approach to an end user approach. Enablers to this transition are a CRM backbone (Salesforce) a data hub, new workflows and connective multidisciplinary teams, to an integrated applied data driven approach in our marketing, sales supported through our customer services. The scope is multi departmental and pan European with global development. We grow our business strategy with digital technology & content in the core of everything we do. The aim in mind: focus on where the customer journey begins and decision are made, increase effectiveness in revenue growth through seamless lead conversion. Aviko started the implementation, with in mind to have this business development strategy rolled out across Europe, having tooling in place (CRM, a data / Intelligence Factory and Marketing Automation etc.) to drive effective processes and people that convert the new way of working in their approach to their markets.​

In this role you are responsible for developing our Salesforce CRM system as one of our key enablers, guiding the development team, monitoring effectiveness and continuous learning: test, learn and adjust mentality. The candidate is part of the Program Team and reports to the Program Manager. You will be working from our office in Steenderen and partly from home. 

What will you do?

  • Understand user group and customer requirements for an exceptional customer experience
  • Collaborate with development and commercial teams while managing stakeholders
  • Create the product vision and develop the product roadmap
  • Define user experience and product features
  • Set sprint goals, detail stories, and validate them with data analysis
  • Track project progress and manage budget within the strategic context.

  • Proficient in CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Business-savvy in B2B market context
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinker with a broad perspective
  • Strong commercial orientation, fluent in English
  • Team player, skilled at connecting across levels.
