Where are you going to work?

This experienced key account manager with national coverage will be working as part of an experienced commercial team. Reporting directly to the Country Business Manager & working closely with the marketing team, this is a dynamic role that incorporates new business development as well as account management. You will develop strong relationships with channel specific key chained accounts in the fast food/local QSR chains, understanding their business & offering solutions, putting Aviko firmly on the map.

This role would be ideal for an established Key/National Account Manager who is looking to develop & implement an account-based strategy guided by marketing professionals to realize our shared vision. In this role you will be given the opportunity to build a credible and long-term career with the business and be part of a fun team at an exciting stage of the company's development.

What will you do?

  • You will develop strong relationships with channel specific key chained accounts in the fast food/local QSR chains, understanding their business & offering solutions, putting Aviko firmly on the map
  • Creating efficient relationships with key contacts in each account, across the channel e.g. with chefs, food & beverage managers, owners and c-suite
  • Work closely with product management & NPD teams delivering compelling customer specific propositions on product development. Total Profit & Loss accountability for the business portfolio / customer relationship and budgeted scorecard delivery.

What do you bring?

  • Must have experience in the fast food/local QSR channel
  • Strong understanding & application of sales process & negotiation skills
  • A go getter, tenacious with excellent communication & listening skills
  • A good understanding of basic marketing principles   
  • A new business generator, persistence, consistency & disciplined approach is a must
  • Must have a passion & strong affinity for food, with experience in/with chefs desired.
