Main territory for your work will be on the commercial end of the Aviko organization. Professionals in Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Services work on executing an ambitious commercial growth strategy. Growth not only entails business growth, but also growth as an organization, as a team and as a person. Continuous improvement is an important adage in this growth process. As a business improvement consultant, you will have a pivotal role in helping people in optimizing the business model of digital tooling and commercial processes. This also implies effectuating governance, behavioral and leadership issues in close cooperation with management. The role of business improvement consultant is a new role within our group.
You will be part of the Strategy & Development team.
Ambition, fun and challenge suit you. You preferably have a master’s degree, but at least a bachelor working and thinking level, supplemented with relevant work experience preferably in FMCG. Because of the pivotal role in transition processes, you are really the driving force within your field. You are proactive and can switch swiftly in a dynamic environment.
