Business Improvement Consultant

Where are you going to work?

Main territory for your work will be on the commercial end of the Aviko organization. Professionals in Sales, Marketing, Innovation and Services work on executing an ambitious commercial growth strategy. Growth not only entails business growth, but also growth as an organization, as a team and as a person. Continuous improvement is an important adage in this growth process. We are proud of the results, but every day we would like to make it a bit better. As a business improvement consultant, you will have a pivotal role in helping people in optimizing the business model of digital tooling and commercial processes. This also implies effectuating governance, behavioral and leadership issues in close cooperation with management. The role of business improvement consultant is a new role within our group.

You will be part of the Strategy & Development team.

What will you do?

  • You will coach colleagues in identifying, analyzing, and realizing improvement potential within the business and planning processes
  • You are the driving force behind a continuous improvement culture, grow and improve by testing and learning every day
  • You work together with various departments within the company and stimulate integrated teamwork across department borders
  • You cover a wide spectrum of processes from strategic to operational ones
  • You plan and monitor the progress of the transition / improvements and report on this to the stakeholders
  • You will guide, support and lead colleagues in our transitions process.

What do you bring?

Ambition, fun and challenge suit you. You preferably have a master’s degree, but at least a bachelor working and thinking level, supplemented with relevant work experience preferably in FMCG. Because of the pivotal role in transition processes, you are really the driving force within your field. You are proactive and can switch swiftly in a dynamic environment. We would also like to see the following:

  • Demonstrable, relevant knowledge and experience (≥ 5 years) in change management in a large and dynamic organization
  • Successful improvement processes completed with demonstrable results and a smile on the face
  • Hands-on mentality, a connector, a consultant with a passion for the profession of Lean/Agile working who inspires colleagues to implement sustainable quantifiable process improvements
  • Someone who makes knowledge practical, complex problems simple and big problems small. Every day a step better!
  • An inquisitive international person and business orientation
  • A second or third language skill (German / Spanish) besides English is desirable.
